Ohio Statehouse to Host a Wedding Open House on April 25
Event will Highlight Wedding Venues and Approved Caterers

Brides and grooms-to-be and their guests are invited to the Ohio Statehouse Wedding Open House on Sunday, April 25. The event will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. and is FREE. The open house will be held in the beautiful Ohio Statehouse Rotunda and Atrium in the heart of downtown Columbus.
The open house is designed to highlight the Ohio Statehouse wedding program, the beautiful venues and the services provided by each of the Ohio Statehouse caterers. The Statehouse caterers include: Catering by Design, Creative Cuisine, Spagio and Vito's Catering. Cake displays will be provided by Alice's Piece of Cake and Ruthie's Cakes & Desserts.
The Ohio Statehouse Wedding Open House is perfect for prospective brides, grooms and their guests, wedding planners and coordinators. The open house will provide an elegant and fun opportunity to plan a wedding and see the beauty that the Statehouse offers to a wedding ceremony and/or reception.

The Ohio Statehouse wedding program began in 2007 after members of the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board approved the rules, guidelines and procedures in later 2006.

The Ohio Statehouse is more than a monument to our past; it's where history happens! The Ohio Statehouse is open weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; weekends from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.; closed holidays. The Ohio Statehouse Museum is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; weekends from noon to 4 p.m.; closed holidays. Admission is free. The Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board (CSRAB) is responsible for maintaining the historic character of the Statehouse and Capitol Square while providing for the health, safety and convenience of those who work in or visit the complex.
