How to Schedule Your Wedding
Step 1 : Availability

and to answer additional questions.
Step 2 : Schedule a Site Visit
Seeing is believing! An Ohio Statehouse site visit to walk through the multitude of spaces that will be used for your special day is

Step 3 : Wedding Application Form & Paperwork
A wedding permit application and appropriate paperwork must be completed in order to reserve your wedding or reception date
at the Ohio Statehouse. It is recommended that you submit your wedding permit application as far in advance as possible.
The following paperwork must be received by CSRAB prior to your wedding or reception being scheduled:
Step 4 : Deposit
A 10% deposit along with your completed wedding permit application and supporting documents will need to be received by CSRAB. Send to:

Checks should be made out to: Treasurer, State of Ohio
All permissible events must be in accordance with CSRAB's General Rules, as set forth by the Ohio Legislature, as well as federal, state and
local laws. All CSRAB fees will be billed to the applicant after their event. The full fee will be due prior to the scheduled wedding or reception.
Step 5 : Approving Your Wedding
Upon receipt of your completed wedding application materials and deposit, CSRAB will schedule a meeting with you and all the vendors
associated with your wedding ceremony and/or reception to ensure that your day is special and worry free.
Step 6 : Catering For Your Special Day
Upon receipt of your completed application materials and deposit, you may begin working with any one of the eight Ohio Statehouse
exclusive caterers on your menu, table sets and décor. Please note that Milo's Catering and Banquet Services holds the liquor permit
and is required to provide alcohol service for all events on Capitol Square.
