Ohio County Flags
The state of Ohio is comprised of 88 counties as diverse as the state itself. The Ohio counties are named after a variety of
people and things. Some are named after Ohio Governors and politicians, and many have Native American names. In addition,
each of Ohio's 88 counties fly a county flag. All 88 county flags are flown at the Ohio Statehouse on special occasions
throughout the year.

Madison
This red, white and blue flag has five red stripes and four white stripes which are curved and straight. The central image is a blue map of the county with London, the county seat, marked with a white dot and red circle. The map is surrounded by a ring of fourteen blue stars.
The county was established in 1810, and was named for the U.S. President at the time, James Madison.
