Arts and Humanities Month 2013
Ohio National Arts & Humanities Month events are organized by the Ohio Arts Council with support from the Ohio Statehouse. Artist Ron Anderson spoke about painting portraits of George Washington Williams, who was the first African-American legislator in the Ohio General Assembly. The talk was filmed by the Ohio Channel on Oct. 4, 2013.
