Biography

Diana Fessler represented the 79th District in the Ohio House for four terms. A resident of New Carlisle, she attended Wright State University and Sinclair Community College.

 

During her legislative tenure, she served on the following House committees:

-Federal Grant Review and Education Oversight (chair),

-Health (vice chair),

-Veterans Affairs Subcommittee (vice chair),

-County and Township Government,

-Education, and

-Insurance.

 

Fessler was a member of the State Board of Education from 1995-2000, the co-founder of the Education Action Council, and a published author. She is affiliated with the United Conservatives of Ohio, the Ohio Farm Bureau, the Miami County Township Association, the Miami County Women's Republican Club, and the Grace Baptist Church in Troy.
