Biography

Sue Fisher was the first woman elected to represent Clermont County in the Ohio General Assembly. She continued her professional work as a registered nurse and vice president of RCF Enterprises, Inc. while serving in the Ohio House of Representatives.

 

As a representative, Fisher was a member of the following House committees:

- Health and Retirement,

- Local Government, and

- Transportation and Urban Affairs.

 

She was a graduate of the St. Joseph's School of Nursing, and was a member of the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce, the New Richmond Boosters, the Clermont County Women's Republican Club (past president), the Ohio Federation of Republican Women (past vice president), the 1980 Republican National Convention (delegate), the 1980 Ohio Electoral College, and the Clermont County Republican Executive Committee (past chairwoman).
