STATEHOUSE CALENDAR

The Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board (CSRAB) is proud to partner with the National Parks Service and Parks Canada to present“DONT GIVE UP THE SHIP”: The Battle of Lake Erie Through American and British Eyes. The historical presentation will take place Wednesday, September 4 at noon in the Statehouse Rotunda. 

Rangers from Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial (NPS) along with rangers from, Canada’s, Signal Hill National Historic Site will present a historical narrative from the American and British perspective. Rangers from the NPS and Parks Canada, sister sites, will be in period dress and will be available for questions. Come celebrate the War of 1812 Bicentennial at the Ohio Statehouse!
