Description

As eyewitnesses to the atrocities of the Holocaust, WWII veterans and liberators hold some of the most vivid reflections. This workshop will provide teachers with hands-on resources and activities to bring these testimonies into the classroom. Paul LaRue, a 30 plus year master teacher will lead us in an exploration of readily available local resources, including the recently debuted Ohio Holocaust and Liberators Memorial at the Ohio Statehouse.
Participants will receive the brand new Ohio Holocaust Survivor & Liberators Memorial Educator Guide.

To RSVP, contact Alexis S. Morrisroe at 513-487-3055 or email astorch@holocaustandhumanity.org.

Workshop sponsored by: The Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board, Jewish Foundation of Cincinnati and Claims Confernece
