
A special tour will be offered to the public in recognition of Women's History Month. Visitors are invited to learn more about Ohio leaders for women in civic engagement and important moments for women in Ohio to gain equality.
The tour will focus on notable times in Ohio for women gaining equality and civic power. Topics include suffrage, representation in the legislature, and leadership roles in state government. Significant figures in Ohio who’ve served as leaders for women in civic engagement include the first six women elected to the Ohio legislature, Speaker JoAnn Davidson, Governor Nancy Hollister, Victoria Woodhull, and many more.
