STATEHOUSE CALENDAR

Space artifacts from the collection of the Motts Military Museum are on display in the Map Room of the Ohio Statehouse.  Astronauts Neil Armstrong, John Glenn, Jim Lovell and others will be featured.  

Motts Military Museum is in Groveport, Ohio.  It's extensive collection covers hundreds of years of America's military past.  Its mission is education through the documentation, collection, interpretation, and preservation of tangible artifacts and personal stories of the men and women who served and are serving in the United States Armed Forces.  

Also in the Map Room, the Statehouse Museum Shop has space-themed items for sale.  In celebration of the new painting in the Rotunda, "Ohioans in Space," some unique items are available, such as collectible lapel pins, patches, challenge coins and prints of the new artwork.
