The 140th annivesary of the Battle of Franklin and Spring Hill was observed Oct. 1-3, 2004 in Franklin, Tennessee. 1st Ohio Light Artillery, Battery A took part in the battle reenactments in 2004, with the Civil War cannons from the Ohio Statehouse.
