Before the 2021 Veterans Parade in Columbus, the 1864 cannon at the Ohio Statehouse was fired by the VFW Commander Hordinski, by Ms. Moore from the Huntington National Bank, by the former VFW Commander Lavery, and by State Representative Rodney Creech. The cannon was fired with 1st Ohio Light Artillery, Battery A, the Ohio Statehouse's Civil War reenactors.
