Located on the ground floor of the Statehouse in the South Light Court

On the day of the Andrews Raid, two raiders were unable to meet with the main group because they fell under suspicion and were captured. Because of this, Ovid Smith and Samuel Llewellyn were not able to participate in the raid itself and were thus not included in the original memorial plaque. This addendum corrects this and a spelling error and was installed by the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board in 1999.
