The Ohio Statehouse honored Black History Month in 2010 with Living history programs presented each Tuesday throughout February. First-person interpreters portrayed African Americans who were prominent figures in Ohio and U.S. history. The programs were presented by We've Known Rivers, which is a partnership of dynamic storytellers with a passion for history and education. The programs were free and open to the public.
