A new oil painting of "Ohioans in Space" was unveiled and installed in 2024 at the Ohio Statehouse Rotunda facing the picture of the Wright Brothers.

The 12 ft. by 9 ft. artwork was painted by William “Bill” Hinsch, and shows Ohio astronauts, John Glenn, Neil Armstrong, Jim Lovell and Judith Resnik along with Flight Director Gene Kranz and their spacecraft.
