Lincoln lay in state at the Ohio Statehouse on April 29, 1865. His catafalque (support for the casket) was decorated with flowers. The Ohio Statehouse joins the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission in celebrating his 200th birthday. Check www.ohiostatehouse.org for a year-long list of celebrations.
