Samuel T. Britton represented the 30th Ohio House District. A University of Cincinnati graduate, Mr. Britton works as a real estate broker in Cincinnati, where he resides with his wife and child. He is a member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors and the Ohio Association of Realtors.

 

In the Ohio House, he served on a number of committees: Economic Development & Small Business, Financial Institutions, Housing & Urban Affairs, Insurance, Public Utilities, Transportation and Public Safety, and Ways and Means. He was a popular representative, and his constituents re-elected him three times.

 

Britton's community volunteerism has included membership and participation in the Cincinnati Community Development Board, the Madisonville Community Council, the Black Male Coalition, Gothic Lodge 122 P.W.F.& A.N, and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
