McKinley Memorial, Peace Detail
"The McKinley Memorial" by H. A. McNeil, was unveiled in 1906 to a crowd of 50 thousand people on Capitol Square. The bronze and granite monument pays tribute to William McKinley, an Ohio Governor and asassinated President. The sculpural group on the North represents "Peace," and on the South, "Prosperity." It can be seen on the West Plaza at the Ohio Statehouse.
